I’m Beth! I pursued 7 years of education in dietetics through the University of British Columbia. I’ve specialized in IBS & Gut Health, and helped many clients achieve IBS relief through my framework. 

I was inspired to create this program because I have suffered from uncomfortable gut symptoms myself. With going through the frustration and confusion of it all, I decided to make a guided program so that my clients didn’t have to experience the same overwhelm.
